Brunei -> BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN -> Royal Regalia Museum
Royal Regalia Museum    BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN,

The Royal Regalia Museum was opened in 1992 as part of the sultan's silver jubilee celebrations and offers a glimpse into how the 0.1% of the world lives. The 'world's richest monarch' has showcased the priceless artifacts and an exhibit charting his life. The many photographs of His Majesty the sultan and other members of the royal family are interesting but the real glitz is with the endless royal gifts and items. From coronation furniture to jeweled costumes to extravagant gifts, the crowning glory is the coronation carriage that was used with regalia during the coronation ceremony in the Lapau Diraja (Royal Ceremonial Hall). Be prepared to remove your shoes before entering.
